Tenerife under the stars

The idea behind Tenerife Under The Stars was born from a growing demand among our guests for experiences that create memories lasting a lifetime.

Ironically, my own first stargazing experience happened almost against my will. I joined simply to please my wife, convinced it would be long and rather boring. Instead, it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life.

What completely amazed me was discovering that Tenerife offers some of the most unique skies in the world for astronomical observation. The clarity of the atmosphere, the silence of the mountains, and the overwhelming beauty of the night sky revealed a universe I had never truly experienced before. Years later, I still remember that evening vividly.

I also remember being incredibly hungry afterwards — and that simple detail inspired the concept that would later become Tenerife Under The Stars.

We decided to combine the magic of astronomy with an exceptional culinary experience at one of the island’s finest Asian fusion restaurants: Lemongrass. Located in the picturesque village of Vilaflor, just before entering the Teide National Park, Lemongrass offers a warm, intimate, and elegant atmosphere surrounded by nature and volcanic landscapes.
